Any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract, including those relating to its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, as well as any non-contractual obligations connected to it, shall be referred to and finally resolved through arbitration administered by the Shanghai International Arbitration (Hong Kong) Center (SHIAC HK) in accordance with the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) Arbitration Rules at the time of the submission of the request for arbitration.
