The Shanghai International Arbitration (Hong Kong) Centre (SHIAC HK) was established in 2024 as an arbitration institution under Hong Kong law by the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Centre). It is the latest achievement in arbitration legal cooperation under the Shanghai Hong Kong Cooperation Conference mechanism.
