He introduced to the students the origin of commercial arbitration in China and the history and organizational structure of Shanghai COAC, and explained the measures taken by Shanghai COAC in the fields of foreign-related arbitration business data, arbitration rule system construction, arbitration professional platform construction, international arbitration exchange and cooperation, so as to enhance the understanding of the visiting students of the development of Shanghai COAC and the overall situation of arbitration in China. In the exchange session, he communicated and interacted with the students on the differences and similarities between Chinese arbitration and international arbitration in the allocation of arbitration costs, the generation of arbitrators and the management of interest and impact, etc., and answered questions for the students present. The atmosphere was warm and the students benefited a lot.
