On 24 March 2025, the ‘Business Seminar on Overseas Asset Protection and Optimisation of Cross-border Dispute Resolution Paths for Chinese Enterprises Going Overseas’ was successfully held in Hong Kong. The event was organised by Shanghai International Arbitration (HK) Centre and Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission , with CLECSS as the supporting organisation.
