Burden of proof shall be born by the party who raise claims, defense or counterclaims.

The arbitral tribunal has the power to decide the time limit for submission of evidence. the tribunal's decision shall be bound upon both parties. the tribunal has the power to reject any late submission. if any party feels it difficult to submit evidences within the prescribed time, this party may request for extension of time limits for submitting evidences. the tribunal will decide whether to grant the aforesaid application  or not.

The Party with burden of proof might possibly suffer for its loss if this party failed to raise any evidence, or failed to fulfill the burden of proof after filing evidences.
