On the afternoon of 28 August 2025, the seminar on "Clause Design and Arbitration Selection for Dispute Resolution in 'Belt and Road' Investment and Construction EPC Contracts" was successfully held at the Former French Mission Building in Hong Kong. The event was hosted by Jianwei Research Institute Hong Kong Limited, with support from the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO) Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Center, the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, and the Shanghai International Arbitration (Hong Kong) Center.

On 30 July 2025, to establish the Panel of Guangdong – Hong Kong – Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) Arbitrators (“Panel”), the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (“HK DoJ”) issued a public announcement launching the GBA Arbitrators Nomination Exercise (Hong Kong) (“Nomination Exercise (Hong Kong)”), according to the Working Guidelines on the Panel of GBA Arbitrators (“Working Guidelines”) adopted by the sixth Guangdong – Hong Kong – Macao GBA Legal Departments Joint Conference held on 18 November 2024.

On 26 June 2025, the "SHIAC HK Roundtable Series: Practice and Observation on the Application of Law in International Arbitration" event was successfully held in Hong Kong. The event was jointly organized by the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) and the Shanghai International Arbitration (Hong Kong) Center, with participation from representatives of the legal and business sectors from both Hong Kong and Mainland China.

On April 24, 2025, Zhu Min, Director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, and his delegation visited Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (Hong Kong) for an inspection. The delegation was received by Han Gang, Secretary-General of SHIAC Hong Kong.
