Special note: The above arbitration fee is applicable to the 2024 version of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) Arbitration Rules. The rapid calculation of arbitration costs is limited to the calculation of arbitration costs in arbitration cases where the amount in dispute is clear.
If the amount of the dispute is not determined at the time of applying for arbitration (for example, the request to terminate the contract in dispute) or the circumstances are special, the secretariat of the Association shall determine the amount of the arbitration fee. The final arbitration fee shall be subject to the payment notice issued by the Secretariat.
