On September 19, 2024, the first Joint meeting of the Shanghai Shipping Law Community and the Seminar on Promoting the Innovation of the Rules of the Maritime Arbitration System was held at the North Bund of Hongkou to interpret and release the work results related to shipping law, and summarize and exchange the work progress of the member units of the community.

On the afternoon of August 2, 2024, the 4th Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao University Students Moot Court Arbitral Tribunal Competition, jointly supported by Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) and Shanghai International Arbitration (Hong Kong) Center, was successfully held in Hong Kong. Nearly 50 students from a number of well-known universities and young lawyers from head law firms actively participated in the event.

On the afternoon of July 25, 2024, Wang Wei, director of the Executive Education Center of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Dishuihu Advanced College of Finance, and his delegation visited Shanghai International Arbitration Center.
